Grubsnitch

Can't say I've tried anything but the FALAFEL SANDWICH!I LOVE the falafel sandwich. It is my favorite falafel sandwich in the city.I have eaten dozens of them! If they weren't so tasty, I would probably go and try the food... but you know what. THEY ARE SO WHY BOTHER EATING ANYTHING BUT FALAFEL SANDWICH!? 

I have found that the food here is pretty good. Most things are made to order so there is a wait. The items in the frig counter below are nuked but the things I have tried were good.. especially the vegetarian lasagna.. This place has a few tables but I always take food out. It is not a pleasant eating atmosphere.

There's something about the word "pita" that seems to invite whimsical plays on the word when it comes to opening a restaurant. First there was Pita Pan and now there's Pita Hut. Ha. Unfortunately, the fun ends there. After a long walk to Target and back I was starving and figured Pita Hut would be a quick tasty meal. However, the Chicken Kabob sandwich I ordered took forever to make and was not very good at all. The hot sauce was more like red water and the pita they used was so structurally unsound that I ended up just putting it down and eating the whole thing like a salad. I don't think I'll ever be going back again.
