The food was nothing special, but what I witnessed a staff do made me swear never to go back: While I was waiting to use the restroom, I saw one of the bus boys sneeze into his bare, ungloved hand, then immediately proceed to grab a few muffins with the same soiled hand and stick them in the basket. Disgusting. I mean, I know that stuff goes on all the time, but don't do it in front of the customers, for chrissake!

The food and coffee are acceptable; a little better than standard diner. But on the two times I've eaten their the service was AWFUL. The first time, I can let it slide, the second time - no way. The prices are high to begin with for breakfast, and I can live with that, but to pay over inflated prices for indifferent service- NEVER EVER AGAIN.

I've been here a couple of times for brunch. As mentioned by Ben, the waits can be long. I've never been there without a wait. Delicious little muffins, scones and strawberry butter before the meal, and the food has been good. I particularly liked the Huevos Rancheros. The place is crowded, but the atmosphere is fun.

Long waits to get a table aside, Dizzy's is great. The food is a little overpriced but it's good and as Kagome said, the Strawberry butter is really really yummy.
