When BP opened, I was excited to possibly have a place to hang out and get at least decent food.My dinner experience was awful- I ordered fish that was supposed to have cilantro and soy sauce. When it came out, (45 minutes after completing apps) it had parsley instead of cilantro on it. I brought this to the server's attention and he told me that wasn't possible. I know the difference btw cilantro and parsley and asked him to bring it back to the chef. When he came back, it was the same fish with some cilantro on top- sent with the chef's apology. Give me a break! Luke warm fish is not a good thing. That was the chief complaint with that visit...but I asked to speak with the manager and a young guy came over and I expressed that 45 minutes between courses is not acceptable, and neither is a waitperson arguing with me over what I can clearly taste as an error in my dinner. At minimum, I would have expected a comp glass of wine or dessert, but he just stood there while I talked and then walked away. He knew we were unhappy with our meals, but did nothing to make the situation any better. His excuse was that they were working out the kinks of being a new restaurant. This would be fine if I wasn't expected to PAY for my meal.I went a second time thinking that MAYBE they had worked out the kinks of a newer restaurant. This time it was for brunch. My eggs were delivered and the hollandaise sauce was ice cold. I tried to gain the attention of anyone working there and finally had to get up to ask for help. When the sauce came a second time (ten minutes later) it was cold again, and now everything else on my plate was cold. i had to work very hard again to get the attention of a middle aged grey-haired man who looked like a manager or owner- he was in the middle of making sure the flatware was straight on the table settings rather than minding his customers. When he came over, i explained that the sauce came out two times ice cold and that I would really like hot sauce. He asked me who brought the sauce out the second time and I said it didn't matter (the staff was obviously afraid of him) but that what did matter was that I get the sauce. He told me, "If you don't tell me who brought you this sauce then I can't help you." This freak wanted me to rat out his staff! I'm not cool with that. He needed to work out his staff issues with his staff and not get customers involved. I left terribly angry after a horrible experience. I worked in the restuarant industry for 14 years and I have to say I can't wait for this horrible place to shut down.

I had brunch here once and was unimpressed. With all the yummy brunch options in the neighborhood, I don't think I'll be going back.
