Grubsnitch

Nice, open, light atmosphere, but very limited menu when I went and my mushroom omelet was fairly bland. This was soon after opening, so I hope that they spice up the menu in the future.

I was pretty excited when the empty space on the corner of Lincoln and 5th finally showed signs of life since I live a block away. Unfortunately, my first experience there wasn't the best. The service and everything was fine but the food was unremarkable. However, it seemed to be pretty busy when I walked past it last night, perhaps they're better than my first meal there indicated. If anybody here can shed some light please do.
