First review ever on Grubsntich!

Apropos Cafe is a charming little restaurant. I've been there two or three times now-- once just for dessert, once for dinner-- and the food has been stellar. It's never been especially crowded, so I'm still waiting for the teeming hordes to discover the fact that the desserts are absolutely delicious (I'm especially taken with the cheesecake, which, if I remember correctly, is crustless, so you only get the best part!). The only slightly disappointing experience I've had was with the hot chocolate, which just wasn't to my taste. But overall, it's great. 

Ok I have to review this place mainly cuz I am shocked. And honestly you shouldnt get shocked by a mere slice (or two) of pizza but I was. 

 See you go to a pizza joint its either a regular pizza slice or its some machine made (dominos, pizza hut, etc) thing that just tastes funny.

Well I wasnt hungry. At first, I was just tagging along and my friends ordered a roasted veggie pizza, I read the menu and it looked impressive but I dont like roasted veggies (sorry veggie fans) so I didnt think much of it. I took one bite from his slice... I GOT TWO!!. OMG this was amazing, it is sooooo fresh! It had garlic shallot puree, truffle puree, zuchinni, roasted red peppers ( i normally dont like it but it was heavenly), fresh herbs like thyme. It was so good. This didnt come out of any machine! Someone back there was taking the time to make this pizza for us. I was impressed. I totally plan on going back! I recommend their thin crust pizza cuz its amazing.

Goat Cheese Panini YUM!

After being told numerous times that this place was REALLY good I went. The staff there was incredibly friendly and helpful. The good times continued with the food. I had the arugula salad and mozzarella panini. When I got my food I quickly realized this was way too much food for one person. The reasonable prices had thrown me off when I  was ordering. Both dishes were exceptional and I'm now anxious to go back and try their banana espresso pudding which is supposed to be amazing.

This place has become one of my favorite places to go. Just recently opened and still undiscovered. The music there is perfect, the food very delicious and unpretentious. I've had the pizza (fantastic) and the sandwich that I don't remember what is called but it has become my favorite meal ever. See review in  about.com.
