The food here was delicious. I had the farm bread with smoked goat cheese and kalemata olives to start and the french dip as my main course. Both were great. We ate in the extremely charming backyard area and enjoyed everything except for the service which was not exactly bad but a little weird. Neither friendly nor unfriendly, just kinda blah.

We've been here a few times, and the first time was great. I had the spaetzle--which is consistently good--and the rabbit, which was good. But the second time, I ordered the French Dip, and despite reviews to the contrary, it was disgusting. The beef was grey and mealy. 'Nuff said.

I've had good things here, but some unforgivable and unservable crap that should have never left the kitchen.Spaetzle, rabbit and goulash are all good. The French dip was absolutely foul. How any cook could allow that disgusting, dry, grey crud be served to a customer...I don't know. Unforgivable.
